What we promise
Every bespoke commission is designed, built and cycled to a thriving state before handover. After that:
Settling-in visits. We return for two visits in the first 30 days to check, tune and adjust the system as it establishes in your space, included with every Centrepiece and Statement build, and available as an add-on for Nano.
If it isn't thriving, we put it right. If the planted system fails to establish during the settling-in period despite being kept to our care guidance, we rework it at no cost.
We stay reachable. WhatsApp us a photo any time something looks off. Diagnosis is always free, guarantee or not.
When it applies
The Living Guarantee takes effect on a signed build agreement and covers the bespoke commission it's signed for. It runs alongside our aftercare plans. It isn't replaced by them.
What it doesn't cover
Livestock. Animals aren't included in our builds, and their health after you add them isn't something we can guarantee, though we'll always advise honestly on stocking and timing.
Changes we didn't make. Rescapes, added livestock, chemicals or equipment changes done without checking with us first.
Care outside our guidance. Systems kept materially outside the care sheet handed over at completion (light hours, feeding, top-ups, water source).
Power & environment events. Extended outages, renovation dust, direct-sun relocation and similar events beyond the system's design.
