What we collect, and why
When you contact us through the enquiry form, we receive the details you type: your name, email, phone number if you add it, and your message. We use them for one thing: replying to you and handling your enquiry, quote or booking. The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, our form provider.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your number and messages sit in our WhatsApp business account, subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
Workshop bookings and payments happen on our booking store at book.ccsafari.com.sg, which runs on Shopify. Shopify's privacy policy applies to the checkout itself; we see the order details needed to run your booking.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone. We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for something (a waitlist spot, a launch notification). This website itself sets no tracking cookies and uses no local storage.
Third parties involved in running this site
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Contact pages embed a Google Map, which loads from Google and is covered by Google's privacy policy. Fonts load from Google Fonts.
Your rights (PDPA)
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for us to keep it. Email [email protected] and we'll sort it out. Our data protection contact is the studio directly.

All photographs, text and designs on this site are the work of Chai Chee Safari Pte. Ltd. and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Care guides are general guidance for the builds we describe; every living system is different, and we can't guarantee outcomes for setups we didn't build. Prices shown are current at publication and confirmed at quotation or checkout.
